Artistic Directors – Kate Parker and Julie Nolan
Kate Parker and Julie Nolan met in 1995 while studying at the John Bolton Theatre School, Melbourne. They returned to New Zealand shortly after, and quickly established themselves as entrepreneurial theatre artists creating, performing, producing and teaching their craft. Past collaborations include Moahunting 2001, The Butcher’s Daughter 2003, Beyond The Blue 2008 and The Arrival 2009.
Parker and Nolan also work independently and have many individual credits to their names. Both are experienced educators and Red Leap offers a range of workshop and residency packages for teachers, practitioners and students.
